DIZYEDC Refund Policy

We want you to love your DIZYEDC products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Custom engraved items are non-refundable
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
  1. Email us at support@dizyedc.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days
REFUND PROCESSING
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping)
EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same product, email us at support@dizyedc.com.
