Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–25 business days
Please note that international customs processing may occasionally add extra time beyond our control.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Free shipping is available on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies.
Do you cover customs and duties?
Yes — for orders over $50, we cover customs duties so you don't have to pay extra on delivery.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link in that email. If you don't see a tracking update yet, your package may still be in transit to the international sorting center — this is normal and tracking info usually appears within 3–5 business days after shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Sale items and custom engraved items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@dizyedc.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the original manufacturer or studio. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items.
What materials are your fidget toys made of?
Our products are CNC-machined from solid materials including stainless steel, titanium alloy, and 6061 aluminum. We use neodymium magnets and ceramic bearings for a smooth, satisfying feel.
How do I care for my EDC toy?
Keep it dry and clean. Wipe with a soft cloth if needed. Avoid dropping it on hard surfaces, and remove it from your pocket before doing laundry. A tiny bit of oil on the bearing occasionally can keep it spinning smoothly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to modify or cancel it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed.
