Our Manufacturing Partnership
We cooperate with a specialized high‑precision CNC manufacturing facility focused on custom metal components for premium consumer gear. Equipped with multi‑axis CNC milling equipment and independent quality‑control stations, the factory executes our strict specifications for aerospace‑grade aluminum and Grade‑5 titanium.
Critical moving parts are held to ±0.01 mm tolerance. Every production batch undergoes dimensional inspection, surface‑finish check and assembly testing before shipment. No casting, no low‑cost plastic injection — each DIZYEDC piece starts from a solid metal billet, just as described across our product pages.
