1. What Is Covered
- Magnetic Retention & Polarity: Complete coverage against magnetic detachment, dislodgement, or abnormal flux loss under standard operating temperatures.
- Mechanical Structural Alignment: Coverage against internal component failure, slide rail warping, bearing seizure, or structural separation resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Hardware & Fasteners: Replacement of stripped screws, missing precision pins, or defective mechanical click bars during normal operation.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Cosmetic surface patina, scratches, and normal friction track burnishing developed naturally through daily carry with keys or coins.
- Damage resulting from intentional abuse, excessive drops onto concrete from high elevation, vehicle crushing, or violent impact.
- Unauthorized modification, heating, drilling, or third-party disassembly that damages internal magnetic seals.
3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience any performance issue with your DIZYEDC tool:
- Send an email to support@dizyedc.com with your original order number and subject line:
[Warranty Claim] Order #XXXXX. - Attach a clear photo or short 5-second video demonstrating the mechanical issue.
- Our engineering team will assess the claim within 24 business hours. Upon verification, we will promptly ship replacement parts or a brand-new replacement unit at zero cost to you.
